In news sure to cause Tea Party GOP heads to explode, the Daily Mail headline says it all:

David Cameron to promise 'no privatisation' of NHS as part of five Health Bill pledges

The series of personal pledges will include keeping waiting lists low, maintaining spending and no privatisation.

Increasing the involvement of the private sector and competition is strongly opposed by many party activists - who voted heavily against the package earlier this year.

Imagine having a Conservative party that wasn't completely insane.  I wish we in America had the option of no privatisation.  Lucky Brits.
