12.05 False representations affecting elections. No person may knowingly make or publish, or cause to be made or published, a false representation pertaining to a candidate or referendum which is intended or tends to affect voting at an election.Ruh-roh Republicans! When you let people know about your plans to run false flag candidates you indicate your intention to commit fraud under Wisconsin's election laws. Not smart! But then you never really were smart to begin with. Just persistent. Like a gnat. An annoying, buzzing little gnat.
